These are just a couple of texts that he recently sent. I saved them here for sole memory, and I don’t want to keep them on my phone. It’s a shame we didn’t tell each other our true feelings, because a lot of the issues we went through wouldn’t have occurred.

I don’t think we’ll ever get back to the way we were (like he wants). I don’t want to get hurt again and as of right now, I don’t see a future (relationship) for us. He’s going to have to deal with being just friends for a long, long time.. possibly forever. I mean.. a couple of things have to change in order for us to move past friendship. His religion for one (because by its very nature, it keeps us from being happily together) and the damn distance..
